Privacy Policy
e3 Civic High Website Privacy Policy
Thank you for visiting the e3 Civic High's website and for reviewing our privacy
policy. This privacy policy discloses the ways that School website gathers, uses, discloses, and
manages a website user’s personally identifiable information (“PII”).
PII is information that can be used to discover a person’s identity. This is information like names,
addresses, phone numbers, geolocation data, etc.
Some of School webpages contain online forms that allow you to voluntarily submit PII. In those
cases, if you choose to submit your PII using these online forms, we will make every attempt to
secure the transfer of your PII and your privacy. School cannot provide a guarantee to the
absolute security of your personal information.
School will not sell any student or parent data (or any system data).
School does not sell ads or carry advertising.
School regularly reviews and updates our industry-standard security practices and systems.
If you visit the School website, we will not collect PII about you unless you choose to provide
that information through the School website.
If your use of School website is limited to browsing the site, reading pages, or downloading
information, the website’s operating system will collect limited non-personally identifying
information your browser makes available automatically whenever you visit a website.
This information includes the IP address of your computer or network, the date, time, and page
you visited on our site, your browser and operating system, and the referring page (the last
webpage you visited before clicking on a link to our site).
We use this aggregated anonymous information from all of our visitors to measure server
performance and improve the content of our site.
School will track keywords that are entered into its search function to measure interest in specific
topics, but we do not associate the keywords with individual users.
Information you provide
Email Communications
If you decide to send School an electronic mail message (email) through our “Contact” form, the
message will contain your return email address. If you include PII in your email because you
want us to address issues specific to your situation, we may use that information in responding to
your request. In other limited circumstances, we may be required by law to disclose information
that you submit. We take appropriate security measures to secure against interception of email.
However, because we cannot provide a guarantee of absolute security of PII sent via electronic
means, we advise you to include only the information necessary for Alpha Public Schools to
process your request.
Mobile Communications
If you provide School with your mobile number to receive text messages from School via Parent
Square, SchoolMint or Zoom, you have provided your express consent to receive such text
messages.
With your prior written consent, we may use your mobile number to send you promotions,
notifications, or other services.
You have the right to revoke your consent by notifying School in writing. Please send your
request to Maria Gibson, Director of Operations mgibson@e3civichigh.com
Contact Form
In addition, information volunteered by you through your filling out of our optional contact form
is used to help us enhance our websites and may be shared with School employees and
contractors for that purpose.
School does not give, share, sell, rent, or transfer any personal information to a third party.
You can change your personal information by emailing us.
However, because School uses SchoolMint as the portal for its application and enrollment
process, and thus SchoolMint will be receiving and storing information that you provide to
School, please also review PowerSchool privacy policy prior to providing any PII through
PowerSchool, which can be found at: www.powerschool.com/privacy-legacy-070115/

School website includes links and search capabilities to navigate publicly available information
from the websites of outside agencies, organizations that are not part of School and over whom
School exercises no control.
Please review the privacy policies and procedures described that apply to third-party websites
prior to interacting with the site.
We suggest contacting these sites directly for information on their data collection and distribution
policies.

with a website that uses cookies. If you are concerned about potential use of information
gathered from your computer by cookies, you can set your browser to prompt you before it
