Welcome to e3 Civic High Charter School! We are an award-winning, innovative, and student-centered public High School located in East Village, Downtown San Diego, on the 6th and 7th Floor of the San Diego Public Library. We serve about 425 scholars grades 9-12 with a mix of scholars from diverse backgrounds living throughout San Diego county.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes the following:
- Competitive Base Salary from $60,000 - $90,000
- Competitive hourly rate for our classified staff from $17.70 to $31.35 hourly
- Eligibility for Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, EAP (Employee Assistance Program: financial and therapy counseling), short- and long-term disability insurance, and life insurance
- CALSTRS Retirement Program for Certificated Staff, 19.2% Contribution
- Paid trainings and professional development opportunities
- Paid Teacher Induction program and support/mentorship for new teachers
- Additional incentive stipend pay opportunities from $2,000-$20,000 for e3 Coaching Fellowship, teacher-leader roles and responsibilities, and hard-to-fill positions
- Negotiable acceptance of Years of Service up to 30 for placement on the e3 salary schedule
