E3 Civic High’s Empower Independent Study Program offers the flexibility of online learning combined with access to extracurricular activities, internships, clubs, trips, and athletics at our main campus. Students meet with a dedicated learning facilitator and fellow peers at local libraries, developing a personalized plan for community engagement and personal growth. Open to all high school students in San Diego County, this program provides a MacBook Air for educational use and follows the E3 approach to learning: Engage, Educate, Empower.
