e3 Civic High is governed by a Board of Directors.
Board Meetings are open to the public and typically take place on the first Thursday of the month.
All board meetings for this year can be found on this calendar. Board agendas and minutes can be found at our Board Docs site. Board approved policies can also be found at this site.
Members of the public joining will be given the opportunity to address the Board during the designated public comment time. If you would like to participate in the Public Comment section of the Board meeting, please submit a Public Comment Request Form by 12 p.m. the day of the meeting. Please email Justine Joyner with your Public Comment Request form at: jjoyner@e3civichigh.com
Please be sure to note your full name when joining. If you wish to speak, individual comments will be limited to three (3) minutes.
The Board may limit the total time for public comment to 45 minutes. The Board reserves the right to mute or remove a participant from the meeting if the participant unreasonably disrupts the Board meeting. The zoom meeting recording and chat functions will be disabled.
