Tanya has a long history working in libraries and schools, so it seems fitting that her career continues to weave its way in that direction.
She first began her career at the University of San Diego school of Law Library working as a Computer Services Technician. In 2000, After she received her Master’s degree from SDSU in Educational Technology she began working at San Diego Continuing Education as an adjunct professor in Computer Software Instruction. In 2003, she accepted a short term opportunity to run an after school program at the National City Public Library working through a grant from the state of California. Although that Library gig ran its course, Tanya has continued to work with San Diego Continuing Education for the past 18 years and for the past three years has worked at the Central Public Library through SDCE. In 2006 Tanya started a business called “The Computer Girl” in which she assists the older adult with computer related issues and also taught at local community libraries.
Ms. Aeria is honored to work at e3 and continue her career working within a Library, at a School!
