Mr. Andrew Rogitz earned his Masters of Science in Biology at Point Loma Nazarene University, his Bachelors of Science in Marine Biology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and his California Teaching Credential from the High Tech High District Intern Program.
He previously worked professionally as a biologist at SeaWorld San Diego in the Fish Department specifically with sharks, stingrays, and skates, as well as a marine biologist on a dolphin observation boat off the West Coast of Hawaii teaching about and observing the Hawaiian Spinner Dolphin.
His classes at e3 include AP Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, Marine Biology, as well as senior Design Thinking.
In his free time he likes to stay around the ocean surfing, fishing, and enjoying the beach. He is excited to be part of e3 and hopes to excite scholars about the ocean and all the science that is held within it.
