e3 Prepares for Careers of the Future EdITS Career InventoryEvery scholar in grades 9-12 took the EdITS career inventory on December 5 and 6. The three career assessments are designed to focus on each scholars current interests, abilities, and values and the provide them with their top five industry clusters. The results will be immediately provided and used for further career exploration, direction for job shadows, internship placements, and future project integration. In addition, the program allows scholars to view current local job openings in their area of interest. Another key feature of the EdiITS program provides scholars with the educational path necessary to enter the profession of interest and outlines specific steps for successful entry. These assessments were budgeted in the site's LCAP plan and are being provided free of charge to all scholars as part of the school-wide initiative to create career competitive scholars that are prepared for the jobs of the future. Please ask your scholar to share their results and how they will use the results to chart their pathway for success.
